Rock Climbing

Our guided climbing trips will give you the opportunity to experience a new self awareness as you challenge yourself to learn and experience new things in an amazing environment. You take in the grandeur and beauty while one of our guides leads the way dealing with decision making, logistics, route-finding and safety.

Know that when you are setting up a trip with GMA you are booking a private adventure. This means that there will be no one else along to adversely effect your experience and also allows for your guide to tailor the excursion to your needs.

Introduction to Climbing

Let our AMGA certified instructors teach you the basics of rock climbing at the scenic cliffs near Lake Dunmore. This trip is for those new to rock climbing or those wanting to take skills gained in the gym to the outdoors. Our goal is to expose you to the basics of rock climbing and to have fun.
This program aims to teach basic knot craft, belaying skills, body movements for the vertical world, and rappelling techniques. Suitable for any experience level. All you need to do is show up and we will provide all of the gear. 2 person minimum
