The Lake Tribs are still under average flow, so the run doesn't seem to be as strong on the small tribs, while action on the larger tribs have been better. I recently saw the 2013 salmon lift report for the Winooski and it was the 3rd highest return since the report was taken. Withe the lower small trib levels you need to find the deeper water, some of the tribs may only have so many areas worth fishing, so you should cover lots of water and skip the skinny stuff. Movement on the flies seems to be effective. The last fish we caught was spilling eggs, so make sure those fish get back to the water quick.
